Yellow Transfers sold us a roundtrip ticket once we arrived at the airport. You were given strict guidelines about reserving a return (call at least 24 hours in advance). I called SEVEN times from my hotel, and they only answered during their business hours once--. I am a fluent Spanish speaker, so this wasn't a language issue. This was their horrible customer service.
